Wait Staff Level – the first level of basic knowledge dedicated for those who directly deal with guests on the floor.
We place particular emphasis on the professional ethics and on the psychology of working with guests. We bring up important issues associated with the discipline of service, hygiene, speech, behaviour in unusual situations and many others.
We demonstrate the proper “mis en place”, teach the successive stages of working at the table, and we show the serving techniques.
Also, we teach the techniques of carrying plates, serving drinks and carrying the glasses, as well as cleaning the tables. We introduce the professional preparation of the working place of a Bartender, his working ethics and an active attitude while on duty, together with the very basic knowledge about wine and wine service every professional waiter should know.
