Manager’s Level – the level up for all those who aspire to or plan to become a manager in their restaurants and for those waiters who already act as a manager, in place of somebody else.
We introduce subjects associated with planning, hierarchy and delegation of tasks. We show the interrelationship and the rules of effective cooperation amongst the departments serving and dealing with guests.
We build the rules of a team-spirit, learn how to distinguish and praise employees, and how to be a leader of a team, instead of a boss. We learn to create the professional habits and behavioral patterns. We learn the effective ways of leading a team and many other aspects of daily routine associated with the respect regarding given working tools, work-place and general safety at work.
In this module we also go deeper into sommelier and bartender world (the course is in a preparation phase).
